Panacoco pen blank from French Guiana, one of the densest woods in the world. Deep, glossy black, streaked with fine grey veins. It turns well and takes a magnificent polish. Available in 3 options: no sapwood, partly sapwood, and all sapwood. The sapwood has the same properties as the heartwood (same density, same sheen), but is grey rather than black.
