Returns and refunds

Right of withdrawal

Returns are accepted up to 14 days after you receive your order, in accordance with the legislation in force. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

The wood must not have been altered (no planing, no cutting, no modification of any kind).

Return costs

Return costs are paid by the buyer, except in the event of an error on our part.

Products sold on Bois Canon benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. If there is a problem, contact our after-sales service at contact@boiscanon.com.
