2. Payment methods

The following payment methods are accepted on the Bois Canon website: bank card (CB, Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Payments are secured by our payment service provider, and no payment information is stored on our servers.

3. Delivery

Orders are shipped within 5 working days of order confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on where the products are stored:

  • 3 to 5 working days for deliveries from mainland France;
  • up to 2 weeks for deliveries from French Guiana.

4. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the legislation in force, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of your order to return any product that does not suit you. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return costs are paid by the customer, except in the event of an error on our part. Please note: before returning any order, you must first contact us at contact@boiscanon.com to agree on the exact return terms.

5. Warranties and liability

Products sold on Bois Canon benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. If there is a problem, customers can contact our after-sales service at contact@boiscanon.com. Bois Canon cannot be held liable for indirect damage related to the use of its products.

6. Intellectual property

The Bois Canon website and all its content (texts, images, logos, videos, etc.) are the exclusive property of Bois Canon. Any reproduction, distribution, modification or use, in whole or in part, without the prior consent of Bois Canon is prohibited. For any authorisation request, please contact contact@boiscanon.com.

7. Mediation and dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute relating to an order or to the use of our website, and after contacting our customer service, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge, in accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code. The mediator's contact details will be provided on request.
