Collection: Ziricote fingerboards

All our Mexican Ziricote fingerboards, for guitar or bass.

Ziricote is a precious wood highly prized in lutherie for its figure and sober colour. Ziricote, Cordia dodecandra, shows very different patterns depending on whether it is quarter-sawn or flat-sawn. The most sought-after patterns are the so-called "spider web".

It is a dense, resonant wood, ideal for a soberly decorated instrument.
