Collection: Limba
Limba (Fraké), Terminalia superba, also known as Black Limba, is a wood from West Africa.
It is a medium-density wood used mainly for guitar and bass bodies. Some highly sought-after pieces show black veins and are called Black Limba ("Fraké bariolé" in French).
It is easy to work, which makes it ideal for lutherie or carving.
