Collection: Guyana Cedar

Guyana Cedar, of the Lauraceae family, comes in several varieties: yellow cedar, white cedar, grey cedar, cinnamon cedar... All have a very strong scent, reminiscent of European cedar, and are easy to work.

With its bright yellow colour, Yellow Guyana Cedar is ideal for woodturning, as well as for lutherie, as its density is moderate while being fairly hard.

Density: about 650 kg/m³
